Refund Policy
We value your trust. This policy outlines our guidelines for Refund to ensure transparency and compliance.
  1. The application fee and Heritage fee for entry permit will not be refunded for applications which have been successfully submitted by the applicant to the Department.
  2. All the transactions in excess will be refunded within 7 days from the date of transaction.
  3. In case of failure of transaction due to non-receipt of response from bank by the payment Gateway, any fees deducted will be automatically refunded into the bank account of the applicant within 7 days from the date of transaction.
